SIGNATURE Luxury Homes conducts its real estate brokerage activities through Ignacio García de Palau Morales, a real estate agent registered with the *Registre d’Agents Immobiliaris de Catalunya* (AICAT) under number 13259.

He is also listed as an associate real estate agent (No. A14307) with the *Associació d’Agents Immobiliaris de Catalunya*.

Professional activities are carried out in compliance with the regulations applicable to real estate agents in Catalonia, and the business holds the coverage and guarantees required for the practice of real estate brokerage.

II. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The Object of the Conditions: The Website

The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter, Conditions) is to regulate access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Conditions, the Website shall be understood as: the external appearance of the screen interfaces, both static and dynamic (the navigation tree), and all elements integrated into both the screen interfaces and the navigation tree (hereinafter, Content) and any online services or resources it may offer to Users (hereinafter, Services).

Signature Luxury Homes (Real Estate Agency) reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website and the Content and Services incorporated therein. Signature Luxury Homes (Real Estate Agency) reserves the right to file any civil or criminal actions it deems necessary for the improper use of the Website and Content, or for the breach of these Conditions.

5. Advertising Exclusion Systems

SIGNATURE Luxury Homes will consult the applicable advertising exclusion systems (such as the Robinson List managed by the Spanish Association of Digital Economy – Adigital) when the legal basis for processing is legitimate interest.

Commercial communications will not be made to those registered in such systems, unless they have provided express consent thereafter.

6. Revocation and Rights of the Data Subject
