In Madrid, we guide clients through areas such as Salamanca, Recoletos, Chamberí, Almagro, Chamartín, El Viso, Retiro and Justicia. Families prioritising detached homes, privacy and access to schools may also consider La Moraleja or Pozuelo de Alarcón. We never recommend an area in generic terms: we assess how it will work in the everyday life of each individual or family.

At the end of the stay, the departure service may include coordinating the move-out, inspecting the property, cleaning, returning keys and cancelling or transferring services.
